Welcome to Westfall Counseling

I provide counseling services for individuals and couples who value personal growth and mental resilience.

I am Christian counselor who incorporates faith, biblical truth and prayer into sessions when requested by my clients. I provide both telehealth and in-person sessions, focusing on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, stress and burnout, conflict and communication in relationships.



My approach emphasizes individualized and action-oriented strategies and provides a convenient and confidential in-person or telehealth setting to fit your lifestyle. I help clients achieve optimal mental health, stronger relationships, and healing. 

Meet Sherry Westfall

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I am a board-certified telemental health provider. I provide a secure platform or private office for us to meet. I create a comfortable atmosphere to allow you to explore your challenges, pain or problems. I am also a

certified coach. Coaching skills aligned with mental health expertise provides you with optimal care.

I have 13 years of experience working in government and private sector prior to becoming a psychotherapist. And what I have learned is how much people value integrity, honesty and expertise. I am a professional, who is skilled at listening and direct when needed, and who understands the value of humor and wisdom to address life’s problems.

I love what I do because it’s a passion and a calling. I believe each of us is equipped with strengths and talents that make us effective in fulfilling our life’s purpose. I love to help people work through problems and pain that keep us from living the life God intended for us.

I believe that we are equipped to overcome our pain. I provide a confidential space and time for you to express and process what is going on in your life.
